Measure yourself for a bra at least every 18 months or so. Things like weight loss and menopause can effect your size. If you want lift the best bra is an underwire. T-sirt bras are seamless with molded cups and usually a stretch fabric. My last tip is for top heavy gals to always make sure your straps are about 2 fingers wide for comfort.
